Return & Exchange Policy

You May Return for Exchange:

  • Please check the fabric before altering it.
  • The fabric must be returned within 7 days.
  • For any inquiries, please contact the salesperson you originally dealt with.
  • If the damage is caused by our side, we will cover the shipping costs.
  • You are responsible for the shipping costs when returning items to us.
  • Refunds will be processed by cheque within 2 weeks during business working hours.
  • All items must be returned in undamaged, unsoiled, unwashed, unaltered, and unworn condition.
  • Items must be returned in their original selling condition, including product packaging and labels.
  • Items that are damaged, marked, or deemed faulty due to a manufacturing error will either be replaced or refunded (subject to stock availability).

You May Not Return for Exchange:

  • Pre-order items cannot be exchanged once purchased.
  • Sale items cannot be exchanged once purchased.
  • Items that are damaged, soiled, washed, altered, or worn are not returnable unless they are found to have a manufacturing fault.
  • If such items are returned, they will be sent back to the customer, and the customer will bear the shipping costs.

Cancellation by Customer (Non-Faulty Product):

  • No cancellation fees will apply without valid reasons. Payment will still be required.

Cancellation by Customer (Faulty Product):

  • Product descriptions, information, and measurements provided on the website are designed to help customers choose the best fit.
  • The product image on the website may slightly differ from the actual product due to lighting, editing, or screen resolution.
  • If you receive a faulty product, please contact our sales team and provide your order ID, a photo of the issue, and the reason for return. We will reply with further instructions, including whether a refund or replacement is preferred.
  • Upon receiving the returned product, we will examine it and inform you of the status of your refund or replacement via email.

Defective/Faulty Items:

  • We sincerely apologize for any defects or faults and will address the matter as soon as possible. Please email us with the following details:
    • Order ID (#XXXXXX)
    • Description of the issue (defective/faulty)
    • Photos or videos of the defect (if applicable)
    • Option for Full Refund or Exchange with a similar-value item(s). Please include your banking details to facilitate the refund process.

Refund:

You will receive a full refund if:

  • The customer receives goods with missing or faulty items.
  • The item(s) ordered are out of stock.
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 working days.

We value our customers and have introduced a unique product guarantee for all regular-priced items.
